What we collect

• Account information via Supabase Auth (e.g. email, profile metadata you provide).
• Chat messages, planning thread context, and tool results you create in the product.
• Locked property context (addresses, parcel geometry, site outlines, generated floor-plan overlays).
• Optional server-generated map preview images (Google Static Maps JPEGs, base64) stored on locked parcel records when GOOGLE_MAPS_API_KEY is configured — used for agent/API context, not shown in the web UI today.
• Billing-related data processed by Stripe when you subscribe.

How we use data

To operate the service, improve reliability, run planning tools, and provide support. We do not sell your personal data.

Processors

Infrastructure may include Supabase (database and auth), Vercel (web hosting), your configured API/worker hosts, AI providers for chat, and Google Maps Platform for geocoding/static maps where enabled.

Retention

Data is retained while your account is active and as needed for backups, billing, and legal obligations. Contact us to request deletion where applicable law allows.
